Corona Virus Update

Our Commitment to Our Clients During the Covid-19 Crisis

Updated 03/27/20

Effective, Saturday March 28th, we will be temporarily closing Pocatello Pet Lodge, Too (our location on 2nd Avenue).

We will REMAIN OPEN for all pets and services at our 3rd Avenue location with regular business hours from 7am-7pm daily.

That's right!  All of our services for all of our clients will be back under one roof at 145 S 3rd Avenue.

  • Reservations, appointments and play dates already scheduled for 2nd Avenue will be transferred automatically to 3rd Avenue--there is nothing you have to do except arrive at 3rd Avenue!
  • Our self-serve dog wash will have extremely limited hours as our groomers will be working in that area–please CALL before you come down to use the self-serve to ensure it is available.
  • We will continue to offer curb-side service: both for picking up and dropping off your pets as you feel comfortable.

Our animal care teams are also merging–your furry friends that visit our 2nd Avenue location will still have some familiar faces when they play and stay with us at 3rd Avenue!  Our standards of safety and care routines are the same at both locations!  We are still Pocatello's best choice for superior pet care!

Don't already have an appointment?  We are continuing to accept animals–however you need us!  We have salon service providers ready to get your pups smelling fresh and looking great! Daycare packages will be 10% off until the end of the month!  Purchase up to 3 ten-visit or twenty-visit packages–the visits never expire!  Use them now or save them for later!

Thank you for your continued support of Pocatello Pet Lodge!

With many changes in our lives due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), our pets can be such a comfort to us as we learn to enjoy and endure the circumstances of staying at home and practicing social distancing.

We want you to know that Pocatello Pet Lodge is committed to being here for you during this time. We are ready to pamper your four-legged family members in whatever ways will help make this a safe and comfortable time for you and your pet.

At Pocatello Pet Lodge, the health and well-being of your pet and family are our top priority. We have taken every possible measure to keep our facilities operating in a safe manner and have continually evolved our procedures based on current circumstances. Pet care staff will be here to care for your pets and are eager to accommodate you, our client, as much as we can.

Pocatello Pet Lodge will continue to actively monitor the news and guidance from various public agencies about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and will abide by the recommendations put forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), U.S. State Department, and city and county officials. Again, our goal is to remain open while continuing to provide a safe environment for our staff, clients, and guests.
