Animal Care Technician
Happy pets are what we’re all about, and our Animal Care Technicians make sure every furry guest gets their share of fun and love. This rewarding position requires good customer service skills and knowledge of or a willingness to learn about canine body language and group play—not to mention a love for animals. Responsibilities include feeding, monitoring the pets, and ensuring safe play.
The outstanding customer experience at Pocatello Pet Lodge begins with our receptionists. This front desk position directly communicates with clients and their pets. The goal is to make all our guests (human and pet) feel right at home the moment they walk in the door. Receptionist responsibilities include greeting customers and their pets, check ins and check outs, answering phones and more.
By answering client calls, Reservation Specialists provide the information and details pet parents need to customize their pet’s perfect stay at Pocatello Pet Lodge. Must have excellent communication skills, phone manners, and a drive for results.
This important role makes sure our furry guests return home smelling sweet and looking beautiful. Our team of Groom Techs ensure each pet receives a thorough and comfortable spa experience. No prior experience is necessary, but a love for dogs is a must!
Groomers provide our furry guests with trims and haircuts. Our grooming salon is outfitted with professional equipment including hydraulic tables. If you are an experienced groomer, we look forward to speaking with you.
At Pocatello Pet Lodge, we believe the most powerful bond with your dog relies on good training. We want to bring pet parents and their dogs closer than ever with clear communication, education, and positive-based training techniques. This position works closely with both dogs and their parents.
